Return Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from Josie's Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Return items must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was placed. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Please return the your item to the address below and include the packing slip in your original order. Once we receive your package and verify that it meets the return guidelines, a store credit will be issued to to the email associated with your order.

Return Guidelines

  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
  • All returns must have the original tags ATTACHED.
  • Clearance and sale items are not returnable.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if re:do is not purchased at the time of checkout.
  • The original shipping is non refundable.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it has been received. 
  • Doorbusters are FINAL SALE.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

About Re:Do

Checkout with the $0.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit or exchanges on your order if needed and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. ALL Re:Do returns must be processed through our return portal.

Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You can still make a return following our return guidelines listed above. Please continue reading for further shipping instructions. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Please be aware that various computers/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective. 

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an order email Upon confirmation of order cancellation you will receive a refund to your original method of payment with the 10% cancellation fee deducted from the refund amount.
  • Cancellation requests must be placed within 12 hours of placing the order and will only be serviced within our standard business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST).
  • In order to ensure that our customers receive their shipments as soon as possible, we often ship orders the same day they are placed. If an order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel an order. Cancellations are not guaranteed. 
  • All items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or return.
